Strengthened by a centuries-old tradition, with a history that goes back in time to the early 1600s, the Old Bushmills Distillery , located in the county of Antrim , a few kilometers from Walk of the Giants , a wonderful place belonging to the UNESCO World Heritage Sites, is the only Irish distillery that opens its doors to the public. The Black Bush of Bushmills, is a typical Irish whiskey produced with a high percentage of triple malt distillates, aged for about ten years in barrels of Sherry Oloroso and of Bourbon ; dark in color as well as intriguing aromas, enveloping and captivating. A unique and inimitable Irish Whiskey.

Dark amber in colour, it releases aromas of citrus fruits and sultanas, malt, vanilla and biscuits, medicinal herbs, dried flowers and cedar wood. On the palate it is very fruity and soft, it gives the palate lactic and spicy sensations, and a long finish with memories of pastry making.

To be enjoyed neat or with an ice cube; if you want to be daring, try adding a small piece of fresh ginger , it will surprise you!
