Ca' Del Bosco Cuvée Prestige Franciacorta DOCG 75CL
Ca' Del Bosco Cuvée Prestige Franciacorta DOCG 75CL
YOU WOULD NEVER WANT IT TO END
Maurizio Zanella never stops and, not happy with the range of bubbles he produces every year, in 2007 he decided to give us a new product: from a very careful selection of Chardonnay, Pinot Bianco and Pinot Noir grapes, coming from 134 vineyards, vinified separately and, therefore, assembled with the reserves of the best years, the Cuvée Prestige is born. Yet another excellence of Ca' del Bosco stays for more than 2 years (exactly 28 months ) on its own yeasts, promising a carousel of taste-olfactory sensations of incredible elegance; a Franciacorta to the nth degree, which speaks to us of the territory and of love for its fruits.
Bright gold in color with very fine bubbles and white foam, it opens up on delicate aromas of pineapple, citrus fruit jam and hazelnut brittle, brioche bread, vanilla and chalk. Fresh and fragrant tasting, it develops widely and harmoniously until ending with intense mineral references.
An excellent aperitif, it can be accompanied by a risotto alla pescatora and a pasta carbonara, a turbot in a potato crust and a flan of potatoes, provola and mozzarella.
