Liboll Extra Dry Sparkling Wine 750ml

Liboll to celebrate the coming evening, at sunset.
Liboll of white peach, elderflower, sage.
Liboll as we like to call "the bubbles", in Puglia.


Grape varieties: White berry typical of Salento
Area: San Marzano, Salento, Puglia. About 150 meters above sea level.
Ground: Mixed, tending towards calcareous.
Cultivation: Guyot.
Harvest: End of August.
Winemaking: Obtained from softly pressed whole grapes, using only the first fraction of free-run must (55%) which is then fermented at low temperature. The wine obtained is further processed in an autoclave with the "Charmat" sparkling process. After secondary fermentation, it remains in an autoclave on its own yeasts for about a month.
Refinement: Bottled at controlled temperature.
Organoleptic characteristics: Colour: straw yellow with clear greenish reflections. Fine and persistent perlage. Fragrance: intense, pleasant and particularly fruity of white peach and rich in floral notes of elderberry and aromatic sage. Palate: fresh and lively, round, well balanced, with notable personality and pleasantness.
Pairings: Excellent as an aperitif, with appetizers and seafood first courses.
Serve at: 6-8 °C.
