Nocino Benvenuti cl 50

Nocino Benvenuti is a liqueur produced according to an ancient tradition: the walnuts harvested at the beginning of summer, precisely on June 24th, still green wrapped in the husk, are cut into 4 parts and placed in infusion together with alcohol, sugar and water , in direct contact with sunlight, in the open air, remaining to macerate for almost a year.

It appears brown in color with bronze reflections. Hints of walnut and toasted dried fruit envelop the nose, blending with an intense alcoholic note. On the palate it demonstrates an extraordinary balance between the sweet and alcoholic components, with a long and persistent caramel aftertaste.

Excellent to serve as a digestive at the end of a sumptuous meal, it can be used in the preparation of desserts and ice creams, as well as in mixing.
