Located in the city of Cartagena de Indias, the Colombian company Dictator is famous for the use of juice in its Rums virgin cane , without any presence of molasses and the distillation takes place partly in a continuous still and partly discontinuous. For Rum Dictador 20 years The method used for production is the acclaimed one Solera method and the average age of the Rums that make up the blend is between 14 and 24 years; the packaging is a side dish and absolutely not negligible: in an era in which the eye wants its part more than ever, such well-made and extremely glamorous packaging helps to make the product attractive and, above all, recognisable!
Dark and bright amber yellow colour, it has a sweet nose of vanilla and dried fruit, toffee and honey, with evident notes of caramel. The taste is soft but not pandering, powerful without being exaggerated, with consistent returns on the nose and a long toasted persistence.
