Zacapa, one of the best-known Guatemalan rum distilleries, is the only one in the world to produce this fantastic distillate, with sugar cane coming, solely and exclusively, from owned plantations ; it is one of those rare exceptions in which, although it is not a wine, we can affirm that this distillate is a perfect transposition of terroir ! Antique gold colour, it smells of vanilla and dried fruit (aromas transmitted by the two-year stay in cognac barrels), raisins, candied orange peel, caramel and spicy notes. Elegant and warm on the palate, where the olfactory sensations return perfectly, with long persistence.

Alone or combined with 75% dark chocolate.
