Se Busca is a Mezcal Artesanal based on 100% Espadin agave from the San Juan mountains of Rio.

The pinas are transported on mules to the palenque, after which they are cooked in traditional earth ovens and then pressed through the tahona operated by the same mules.

The spontaneous fermentation continues for 15 days, after which a double distillation takes place in copper pot stills.
