Tenute Rubino experiments with the sparkling wine vocation of Susumaniello within the project of the same name. The first results date back to 2012, after a long experimentation carried out with micro-vinifications, using exclusively the classic method, with a selection of different yeasts and disgorgements at intervals of 24 and 36 months.
A brut classic method sparkling wine from the early Susumaniello harvest. An elegant, balanced wine with a long and persistent taste. Prominent personality from Susumaniello who also in this capacity surprises and excites with his rich and singular expression.
