Straw yellow wine with golden reflections. On the nose it is intense and recalls a multitude of aromas: citrus fruits, yellow fruit and wild flowers, enhanced thanks to careful night harvesting and maturation in acacia tonneaux. When tasted it is rich in acidity, fresh and soft, with hints of hazelnut on the finish. Ideal pairing with mature and non-mature cheeses, cold cuts, tasty first courses and legume soups.
