THE SECRETS OF RUM

Passion for Rum and great care in packaging have contributed to making Rum Dictador one of the best-known spirits in the category, an ancient Colombian tradition capable of combining historicity and innovation, in order to create a perfect Rum, in style and taste. The version 12 years it is made from the fermentation of pure sugar cane juice, distilled partly through a continuous still and partly through a discontinuous still, to give a robust but not too much body. Aging, for at least 12 years, through the traditional method Solera method , in oak wood, helps to define a final product of the highest quality, guardian of all the secrets of this nectar.

Intense amber yellow color, with mahogany reflections, it has an intense nose of caramel, honey and coffee beans, together with sweet notes of coconut and vanilla. Delicate and round on the palate, the sip is helped by the citrus freshness of candied fruit, and then proceeds, incessant and lively, until the long and soft finish that recalls chocolate and toasted almonds.
