The Producers' Cooperative Manduria was born as a Wine Federation with the aim of representing a group of local producers and authoritatively regulating wine production Primitive . Today it is one of the realities that best represents the agricultural territory of the province of Taranto, with over 900 hectares of active vineyards cultivated by 400 contributing members applying the rules of integrated pest control. The production is large and well-articulated.
