Coffee-colored, it appears clear in the glass with good viscosity. Slowly bringing it to the nose, a symphony of aromas invades us, ranging from honey to typical Mediterranean scrub scents, rosemary, and oregano, all against a background of bitter orange peel. Tasting a small amount, we find a rich, round, and enveloping taste, characterized by notes of licorice and spices. The persistence is very long, leaving the mouth clean and fragrant.
