Amaro Cynar 1Litre

Description

"AGAINST THE WEAR OF MODERN LIFE!"

Created in 1952, Cynar is a liqueur obtained from the infusion of 13 different types of herbs and plants, including cinaria , extracted from the artichoke and renowned for its high digestive properties. It is a product rich in aromas and its low alcohol content makes it accessible to a wide audience; a product which, as a famous advertisement stated, is "against the wear and tear of modern life". Genuine and friendly, it is the perfect bitter for after a meal and can be enjoyed neat or with ice. To give it a more appealing look, it can be combined with tonic water or consumed with a splash of seltzer, in a cool glass and, perhaps, with a slice of orange. In short, so many uses for an exclusive and entirely Italian product.

Very bright ebony color with important coppery reflections. On the nose it expresses an incredible herbaceous background on which, above all the aromas, the artichoke leaf stands out, followed by light sensations of cut grass and wild flowers. The taste is strong and bitter, yet pleasant and soft, tasty and balanced, rich in herbaceous and vegetal notes, in an excellent balance of the alcoholic note which leads towards a finish characterized by a long bitter trail.
