An artisanal elixir with a very bitter, strong and decisive taste, with a mint aftertaste, containing, in addition to a good portion of the 45 botanicals of the classic, also wild Mediterranean herbs. It is stronger than the classic, with a low amount of sugar (0.7%). Awarded a Gold Medal at the World Liqueur Awards in London in 2020.
