Bortolomiol's Valdobbiadene Prosecco Superiore Demi Sec MillesimatoSuavis is born in vineyards located on the spectacular hills of Valdobbiadene, in the province of Treviso.
It is produced exclusively with Glera grapes, harvested and selected entirely by hand. After the classic white winemaking processes, the sparkling process takes place by re-fermentation in an autoclave, according to the Charmat method, with aging from 1 to 3 months on its lees.
Bortolomiol's Suavis is characterized by a straw yellow color and a fine and persistent perlage. The nose opens with persuasive aromas of caramelized pear and Golden apple, enriched by pleasant honeyed notes. On the palate, it is fresh, amiable, and velvety.
Perfect as a dessert wine, it is ideal with dry pastries and desserts, especially autumn sweets.
