Calafuria owes its name to one of the over 700 bays present in the splendid area Salento , in a land that boasts a long tradition in the production of wines rosés obtained from grapes Negroamaro , a vine that best expresses its potential near the sea . From vineyards that extend for more than a kilometer along the Adriatic coast, the Tormaresca rosé, owned by the family Antinori is a little jewel of elegance and personality that knows how to make itself loved moment after moment, telling the story of a vine as old as its territory.
Pale and bright cherry pink, it has delicate aromas of raspberry and strawberry, floral notes of dog rose and wisteria, with a citrus background of tamarind and pink grapefruit. The sip is very fresh and well supported by the savory trail that characterizes its mineral, tasty and tasty profile.
Excellent with grilled fish, stewed octopus and medium-aged cheeses, ideal for a gourmand aperitif!
