Courvoisier VS: a fine cognac born in France in the Grande Champagne region, composed of Fins Bois with a balanced note of Petite Champagne
Production method: produced with grapes from Petite and Fins Bois, very aromatic and fragrant; the youngest brandy in a V.S. blend is aged for at least 2 years
Aroma: the nose expresses fruity aromas of ripe apricots, together with sensations of dried figs and dates, yellow flowers, and toasted hints of sweet spices, sandalwood, and fragrant oils
Taste: the taste is fresh and round, rich in ripe fruits and spring floral notes, typical of ripe grapes; the finish is of fresh oak which, with elegance, renews the character of the cognac without overpowering it
How to serve: to be served at room temperature, to be tasted in a large glass in small sips
