A blend of iconic Brockmans Gin and an agave spirit, with added natural pink grapefruit flavour, Brockmans Gin Agave Cut is inspired by New York bartenders who 'cut' gin-based cocktails by adding agave spirits, such as Tequila and Mezcal. It is a product that unites two seemingly different distilling traditions, creating something sophisticated and unique, produced in small batches of 9,000 numbered bottles.
Clear, colourless, and slightly viscous in appearance, the nose is characterised by a mix of citrus notes of grapefruit fused with fresh juniper tones, all followed by a subtle hint of agave. Dry, smooth, and classic on the palate, it is perfectly balanced between the traditional taste of gin and the rustic soul of the Mexican spirit.
