This Gin was born from the great experience and tradition of Scottish master distillers, with a production process that recalls the preparation of Whisky, through two discontinuous copper stills , to enhance the purest and most refined aromas of the botanicals used. In addition to the traditional mixture of herbs and spices, they are added during distillation Bulgarian rose petals And cucumbers locals. To further enhance the quality of the distillate, production takes place in small batches of 450 litres, to keep each step under control. Many small precautions for a unique and unobtainable Gin, which must be tasted without thinking too much!

Transparent and clear appearance, it presents strong citrus sensations of lemon, lime and cedar on the nose, together with darker notes of black pepper and juniper, with some minty and balsamic hints of eucalyptus. The gustatory impact reveals a soft and balanced taste, secondly it expresses the right freshness of cucumber together with the fragrant and delicate sweetness of rose, towards a long, aromatic and refined finish.
