Meticulously handcrafted using the highest quality ingredients, Porcelain Shanghai Dry is a small-batch gin produced in Liaoning province, using only local botanicals. There are as many as 18 botanicals, including Mongolian juniper berries, Goji berries, Sichuan pepper, cardamom, coriander seeds, almond, hazelnut, orange, lemon, and grapefruit zest, mandarin, rose, and six other secret ones.
It is then bottled in handmade ceramic bottles decorated with copper floral decals. On the nose, it is soft and floral with hints of chamomile, mint, lemon, and lime. On the palate, it is herbaceous and citrusy, with notes of mint and slightly bitter citrus zest.
