Meticulously handcrafted using the highest quality ingredients, Porcelain Shanghai Dry Mandarin is a small-batch citrus gin produced in Liaoning province, using only local botanicals (the same as the classic version, but with a greater quantity of mandarin peel that gives a deeper aroma). There are 18 botanicals in total, including Mongolian juniper berries, Goji berries, Sichuan pepper, cardamom, coriander seeds, almond, hazelnut, orange, lemon and grapefruit peel, mandarin, rose, and six other secret ingredients.
It is then bottled in handmade ceramic bottles decorated with copper floral decals. The nose offers hints of juniper, cardamom, citrus, and mint. On the palate, it is fresh and citrusy, with notes of mandarin, cardamom, and juniper.
