Grappa Sibona di Chardonnay is made from Langhe and Roero pomace, distilled with steam stills and briefly aged in steel. It is balanced, warm, velvety, and enveloping, with an intense yet delicate aromatic profile, featuring prominent notes of white fruit and flowers.
