Sibona Whisky is born from the distillation in a discontinuous bain-marie still of a prized premium blend of malts, including peated malt. The long and patient aging in small barrels infuses the distillate with intense aromas of cocoa, leather, and honey, embellished with distinct peaty nuances. On the palate, it is velvety and persistent, with elegant spicy notes and a dried fruit finish that envelops the senses. Distilled with natural Eva water which flows from Europe's highest spring at 2,042 meters.
