Liquorice is a sweet liqueur made from Calabrian licorice, and was the first pure Calabrian licorice liqueur to be marketed. The liqueur is a sweetened hydroalcoholic infusion of licorice roots and stolons and natural flavors, with a strong taste, slightly bitter and sweet at the same time.
