Clear color. Floral nose, lemons, rosemary, cinnamon, hints of juniper. Delicate, fresh, fruity, floral taste, notes of juniper and coriander. Persistent, woody, dry, cinnamon finish. This gin is particularly pleasant as a gin and tonic, but it is also a real treat when drunk neat.
It is a gin made with grapes traditionally grown in Galicia and a selection of twelve unique herbs, pure in aroma, from every corner of Galicia, which give the gin all its character. These include: a hint of sage, bay leaf, cardamom, quinine, ginger, hibiscus, and tea, processed slowly and carefully.
