Miraglio is an intense and persuasive pure Negroamaro, thanks to a light refinement in large barrels it is velvety, long and persistent. Brilliant ruby red colour, on the nose it presents ethereal and enveloping notes of cherry in spirit, plum, blackberry, currant, impeccably integrated with clear nuances of black pepper, tobacco. Warm and elegant on the palate, it highlights fullness and a well-measured alcoholic structure, resulting velvety and harmonious.
FOOD-WINE Excellent with pork goulash or grilled Chianina steak, also worth trying with medium-aged hard cheeses.
