Tasting Notes: Pale, lively, and beautifully intense rose. The nose reveals a bouquet of red fruits, with crisp cherry predominating, enveloped by a sweeter fruity note reminiscent of ripe figs. On the palate, it shows a certain structure and roundness. Savory notes and freshness bring balance to the full and persistent sip.
Pairings: Ideal with fish or shellfish-based first and second courses. Also pairs well with lightly structured meat and vegetarian dishes.
