The Torre Testa Rosé it is part of those labels that best represent the strengths of the company's production philosophy: they enhance the quality of the native grapes, expressing the vine/terroir relationship to its maximum potential.

It is produced by harvesting in boxes in the second/third ten days of September. Fermentation is carried out in steel tanks with maceration at a controlled temperature. This is followed by malolactic fermentation and then refinement for at least 5 months in steel tanks. Finally, the wine is refined for 1-2 months in the bottle.

The color is a very pale light pink with just hints of purple. On the nose it is fresh and fruity with fruit notes, among which strawberry, pomegranate, raspberry and cherry stand out. The characteristics of freshness, flavor and persistence of this wine are evident on the palate, making it rich in personality and unique in its typology.
