Obtained from Primitivo grapes, Tramari is an elegant and light rosé wine. It is born from the light and winds of our summers, between the two seas of Salento.
Area:San Marzano, Salento, Puglia. About 100 meters above sea level.
Ground:Medium clayey texture, shallow and with good presence of skeleton.
Cultivation:Espalier (4,500 vines per hectare).
Harvest:First week of September.
Winemaking:Partial racking of the Primitivo grape must after maceration for a few hours, followed by off-white fermentation.
Refinement:In steel.
Organoleptic characteristics:Pale pink colour; intense and persistent aroma of Mediterranean scrub, with hints of cherry and raspberry; fresh and elegant wine, balanced on the palate.
Pairings:Italian appetizers, fish soups and broths, baked or baked fish, young or slightly mature cheeses.
Serve at:14°C.
