Italian sparkling wine capable of competing with many cousins ​​from beyond the Alps, this Brut was produced for the first time in 1902 and, from that moment on, his 'recipe' has remained almost unchanged! Classic in style and gustatory performance, the Ferrari is fresh and unmistakable, a precise standard bearer of the Trento DOC denomination.

Lively bright straw yellow with a fine and persistent perlage, it reveals a fresh and intense bouquet, with a broad fruity note of ripe golden apple, white flowers and a delicate yeasty fragrance, given by over two years of refinement in the bottle. The mouth is marked by excellent flavor followed by a citrus freshness which nevertheless leaves a feeling of softness and roundness of taste, towards a finish that tastes of the sea.
