Vecchia Romagna Etichetta Nera originates from the skillful combination of continuous and discontinuous distillation and a double aging process, first in barriques and then in oak barrels. This is how an elegant and decisive brandy is created.
Vecchia Romagna Etichetta Nera is characterized by a beautiful bright antique copper-gold color.
On the nose, hints of tropical fruit, such as papaya and pineapple, blend with vanilla, cinnamon and cloves, characterizing this spirit. Vanilla and brittle notes combine with oven-baked caramelized pear in a mix of elegant aromas.
On the palate, it leaves an inviting richness in addition to a round and complex flavor in the aromas. Sweet spices such as vanilla and cinnamon also predominate in the mouth with bolder notes of clove in a moderately persistent finish. The initial alcohol content is immediately attenuated by salivation, and the retro-nasal aromas envelop the palate in a set of emotions.
