The Rosato "Veritas" from the Torrevento winery is made exclusively from Bombino Nero grapes. It undergoes soft pressing, and alcoholic fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks. With an intense pink color, it presents fruity notes of berries, cherry, sour plum, and raspberries, with a slight herbaceous note on the finish. The taste is full and fresh, with hints of redcurrant and rose. Excellent and versatile, it pairs well with appetizers, seafood, or white meats.
