Crystalline and transparent, it has a clean and ethereal nose with fresh green notes reminiscent of mapo and citrus peel together with hints of spices, aromatic herbs and cereals. Soft and characterful on the palate, it has a full-bodied and enveloping verve with a rather long peppery finish.
