Ardbeg Ten Islay Single Malt Scotch Whiskey 70cl (Boxed)

Uigeadail (pronounced Oog-a-dal) is a Gaelic word meaning 'dark and mysterious place' and is also the name of the lake from which the water used by the Ardbeg to produce its whiskies. A dark, primordial and mystical place exactly like this whisky, elected 'world Whiskey of the year' in 2009; distillate characterized by deep smoky notes, this nectar is the combination of different house blends, finished in barrels previously containing Sherry . The non-filtration completes everything, which helps to maintain its particular flavor and greater depth.

Very intense golden yellow, inebriating on the nose with intense aromas of peat and cedar wood, together with cereals and resins. When tasted it reveals tasty notes of coffee, with a rich and full flavour, in an excellent balance between sweet, spicy and smoky; long and persistent finish of raisins.
