Saturnino Rosato Negroamaro

Saturninus is a rosé wine produced with Negroamaro grapes grown using spurred cordon vines on sandy soils in the Brindisi area. The harvest takes place in the third ten days of September. The vinification and refinement are carried out in steel tanks followed by 2 months of bottle refinement.

Characterized by a clear and brilliant intense pink color with violet reflections. It presents fragrant and fresh notes of violet, black cherry, cherry alternate and meet with inviting and measured aromas of pomegranate, raspberry and strawberry. On the palate it releases a savory, marine and mineral flavour, strong in its roundness, admirably combining freshness with a notable drinking pleasure. To be served at a temperature of 8-10°C.
