Even if the medieval galenic science of distillation called them Water of life , we can confirm with certainty that spirits are, however, drinks whose high alcohol content requires us to consume them in moderation. With a more or less soft character, whether they are powerful or elegant, distillates or brandies are always the result of the distillation of a fermented product of vegetal origin. There Vodka , a distillate obtained mainly from cereals and potatoes, was born around the 1400s between Russia and Poland, nations that claim the origin of its name which, in their language, means water. There Belvedere , considered among the best in its category, is a vodka produced in Zyrardòwed in Poland ; obtained from the distillation of rye , named after the Polish presidential palace Belweder , whose facade is depicted on the bottle.

Extremely pure crystalline, it gives the nose sensations of aromatic herbs, citrus fruits, menthol and white pepper; full-bodied, smooth and enveloping on the palate, it closes with beautiful spicy and balsamic notes.

Excellent drunk neat, in small chilled glasses.
