The Paturno Primitivo cl75

DESCRIPTION

WINEMAKING
The two wines are vinified separately with a maceration that lasts 10-12 days in 45 quintal steel fermenters at a controlled temperature of 25° C, with frequent pumping over in order to extract the aromatic and coloring substances and at the same time soften the tannic mass.

REFINEMENT
After a few months in steel tanks the wine is assembled. Before bottling the wine is filtered, but not cold stabilized, in order to safeguard its integrity. The period in the bottle before marketing lasts 6 months, in aging rooms completely dug into the limestone rock typical of the territory in which it is born.

TASTING NOTES
Ruby red color with violet reflections, the nose is fresh fruity with clear hints of berries and flowers, intense and persistent. The taste is complex and of notable personality and harmony. With great extraction qualities, it shows off a beautiful roundness and splendid tannicity. It goes well with great meat and cheese dishes.
