Oltremè is a red wineproduced with Susumaniello grapes grown with spurred cordon in vineyards on medium-textured soils in the Brindisi area. The harvest takes place in the first days of October. Subsequently, fermentation takes place in steel tanks, maceration for ten days, at a controlled temperature, and refinement in steel tanks.
Characterized by an intense ruby red color with violet reflections.It has a scent of fragrant and fresh notes of red berry fruit, among which cherry, pomegranate and raspberries stand outand hints reminiscent of ripe plum. On the palate it releases a savory, mineral, round flavor with pleasant and soft tannins which make it particularly pleasant to drink. To be served at a temperature of 15-18°C
