The pressing of the grapes takes place after destemming and the must remains in contact with the skins for the time necessary for it to take on an intense ruby ​​red color. As soon as fermentation starts, the must/wine is separated from the skins and filtered. It remains sweet by preventing fermentation through the use of cold temperatures. Bottling Bottling is preceded by refermentation in an autoclave for secondary fermentation.

Organoleptic Characteristics: brilliant deep ruby ​​red colour. Very intense, persistent, fine and fruity aroma: a fruit salad of cherries, strawberries, peaches and bananas. Intense, sweet, rounded taste, with a pleasant flavor at the end.

Pairings: as a sweet wine it accompanies any type of dessert. However, he does not disdain spicy mature cheese.
