Zin Fiano

Zin is a white wine produced by Consorzio Vini di Manduria starting from grapes of the Fiano variety harvested manually from 20-year-old vineyards grown in espalier on medium-textured tufaceous calcareous soils located in the Manduria area. The vinification is carried out in white and starts with the grape harvest around mid-September. After harvesting, fermentation takes place at a controlled temperature. The wine is then refined in the bottle. Upon organoleptic examination, the wine has a straw yellow color, with greenish reflections, and is crystalline. The aroma is intense and complex, with hints of sweet white fruit (apple and pear), expressing a delicate floral bouquet of orange blossoms. On the palate the flavor is dry, with a good structure, fresh, appropriately savoury, fully recalling the olfactory sensations.
